Return Policy

This Return Policy explains your rights to return products purchased from Smryxellphodlarn via https://smryxellphodlarn.world and how to request a refund. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We are based in New Zealand and serve customers in New Zealand; where you are in another country, local consumer laws may also apply.

2. Your right to return (14-day period)

Subject to the conditions below, you may return unused products (including unopened or sealed VascoterraHerb) within fourteen (14) days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason for the return. This right is in addition to any statutory rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (or equivalent in your jurisdiction) where the product is faulty or does not match its description.

3. Conditions for return

  • Time limit: You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of receipt (e.g. by email to the address above). We recommend keeping proof of sending your return request.
  • Condition of goods: Products should be returned in their original, saleable condition (unopened and sealed where applicable). We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product has been used, opened (where it is sealed for hygiene reasons), damaged after delivery, or otherwise not returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Cost of return: Unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit until they reach us.

4. How to return

  1. Contact us by email at hello@smryxellphodlarn.world (or by phone +64 9 919 2320) within 14 days of receipt. Tell us your order reference (if you have it), name and the reason for return (optional).
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide our return address (68 Beach Road, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, unless we specify a different returns address).
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address we give you. Keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund in accordance with section 5 below.

5. Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the returned product(s), including the standard delivery cost you paid for the initial delivery (if any). We will not refund any cost you incur for sending the product back to us, unless the product was faulty or we have agreed to cover it.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We will process the refund within a reasonable time (typically within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet the return conditions). It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to credit your account.

We may deduct from the refund any amount by which the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging without need). If we refuse a return or only partially accept it, we will explain why and, where applicable, return the product to you at your cost.

6. Faulty or misdescribed products

If the product is faulty, not as described, or does not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (or equivalent in your jurisdiction), you have the right to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund depending on the case). In such situations, we will cover the cost of return delivery. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault or discrepancy and we will guide you through the process.

7. Exceptions

We may not accept returns in the following cases (without prejudice to your statutory rights):

  • Products that have been opened, used or consumed (where the product is sealed for hygiene or safety reasons and you have broken the seal without a valid reason such as discovering a fault).
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to your handling or storage.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day period has expired, unless we are required to accept a later return by law (e.g. for faulty goods).

8. Cancellation before dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched the product, we will cancel the order and refund any payment already made in full. If the order has already been dispatched, the normal return process in sections 2–5 applies.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data (e.g. name, email, address) in connection with returns and refunds as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain return and refund records for the periods set out in that policy (e.g. for legal and accounting purposes).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the change, where you have already requested a return within the applicable period. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
